#1 Getting 8 hours of sleep – working with herbs and nutrients that support depthful sleep, like Valerian, Cannabis, Passionflower, Vitamin B6, D, Omega 3 Fatty Acid, Glycine.

#2 Drinking potent herbal elixirs first thing in the morning and throughout the day – getting those vibrations in and boosting the biochemistry and energy fields – immune, gut and liver boosting teas are our favourite at the moment – Ginger/Lemon, Dandelion, Echinacea, Marshmallow and Moringa are a few we are enjoying at the moment.
