Energy healing techniques are a fundamental set of skills to enhance well-being, facilitate deep healing, consciousness expansion and foster a deeper spiritual connection. In fact, our inner standing of them and their impact can deepen over time and unlock deeper dimensions of our consciousness. UNDERSTANDING ENERGY HEALING
Energy healing techniques work on the subtle energy fields surrounding and within us, that are interconnected to all our physical organs, tissues as well as our emotional system and consciousness. Our endocrine and nervous systems are two of the main systems of our physical body that directly interface with energy healing techniques. Working with energy can promote balance and harmony within and through these systems. By addressing imbalances and blockages in our energy flow, we can alleviate physical ailments, soothe emotional distress, and enhance our spiritual connection.
FOUNDATIONAL TECHNIQUES
#1 Pranayama
Breathing techniques originating from the Vedic tradition have been known for over thousands of years to create profound benefits for our systems including, emotional regulation, energy clearing, shooting the nervous system, reducing inflammation and increasing oxygen circulation and much much more. This exercise is a foundational pranayama technique that we will never leave behind. It is the most basic, the most fundamental and the most powerful, particularly at clearing the energy of the Manipura, Solar Plexus which is where we store our excess energy day-to–day. #2 Reiki Chakra Balancing
As our chakras correspond to our endocrine system and nervous system and are the energetic generators of our body – balancing and aligning them are crucial to our overall wellbeing and optimisation of our energy systems. This practice combines the hand positions of Reiki with bija mantras and mudras from the Vedic tradition to create a powerful recalibration of our chakras. #3 Crystal Healing
Crystals possess unique vibrational frequencies that interact with our energy field and consciousness. By incorporating specific crystals into our environment or directly onto the body, we can amplify healing energies that interact with our energy systems and promote spiritual attunement. #4 Mantra Meditation
Mantras are sound currents that activate our energy systems to increase the flow and charge of energy. These upregulate the electrical fields of the body which in turn upregulate many pathways and channels that have profound benefits for all levels of health.
