During these epic times on planet Earth, many of us are deeply contemplating how we are being moved and affected by the myriad of challenging situations unfolding worldwide. The advent of this technological age has not only bestowed upon us the ability to witness these events but also to engage with and connect to one another. It is through relating to one another and expressing that is alive within us and how our lives are being shaped. This brings with it challenges – but also incredible opportunities to do the U-turn and journey deepening into transformational self-enquiry.
Staying grounded in an approach of Self-enquiry, in itself is a profound commitment, and one that requires present awareness, dedicated practice and a courageous willingness to look at uncomfortable aspects of ourselves.
May parts have not found it easy at times. I often find myself knocked out of kilter when my own parts that are confused or burdened make me forget that I hold the higher perspective – and I can find myself also speaking from a place of fear, judgment and making assumptions about people, places and situations.
And so with this coming back our ways of speaking authentically and practicing that within safe spaces is just so important for this time.
It is imperative that we cultivate authentic communication and nurture safe spaces for expression, within which we can practice. By anchoring ourselves in authenticity, we fortify our capacity to navigate the complexities of our time from a place of Self-leadership.
Here are three of the major challenges I have found when it comes to speaking authentically…
#1: HOW to speak authentically
#2: Recognising we have burdens that block us to speak compassionately
#3: Distinguishing between the difference between judgment and natural law
In this video, I explore this a little further, break down how these 3 challenges I’ve found that hinder us from speaking authentically and how to come into Self-led, compassionate communication.
As we navigate these turbulent waters of change and uncertainty, let us remain steadfast in our commitment to self-awareness and authentic expression. By embracing the challenges with open hearts and minds, we not only deepen our understanding of ourselves but also foster connections that transcend boundaries, uniting us in our shared humanity.
Let us strive to embody compassion and self-leadership as we collectively journey towards a brighter, more harmonious future for all beings on this magnificent planet we call home. We are, as ever, in deep gratitude for the strength of this community and our togetherness in the Grid Of Consciousness that weaves our collective prayers.
