Anti-inflammatory, gut healing & liver supporting juice

Anti-inflammatory ingredients – help to fight oxidative stress, free radical damage and reduce inflammation in the body (apple, fennel, ginger, turmeric, cucumber)

Gut healing ingredients – l-glutamine helps to heal the tight junctions between the cells in the intestinal lining (cabbage)

Liver supporting ingredients – helps to support detoxification of the liver and normal liver function (pear, fennel, ginger, turmeric)

The most amazing thing is that is tastes delicious and is most definitely thirst quenching!

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Juicing time: 5 minutes

Cleanup time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

apple

pear

3 medium carrots

1 inch squared of ginger

1 inch squared turmeric root

1/4 large cucumber

1/3 large fennel

1/6 large red cabbage
