I think if you want to take serious preventative measures to illness and disease, juice MUST be a significant part of your diet. And that’s because I think eating around 25 fruits, vegetables and portions of herbs a day (as part of a healthy lifestyle) is what we need to be truly free!
I certainly couldn’t eat that many pieces a day, so I juice as much as I can to get those extra nutrients, vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Even just 2 glasses a day could have 6 pieces of fruit or veg in it, that’s well on your way!
Forget 5 a day – try a target of 10 or 15 and work your way up.
